Senior Network Engineer (WAN)

Description

We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer (WAN) to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and managing wide area networks to enhance connectivity and performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage WAN solutions to ensure optimal network performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues related to WAN connectivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network infrastructure projects.
• Monitor network performance and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior network engineers.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in WAN design and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols including BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and VPN technologies.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and performance analysis.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Familiarity with network security principles and best practices.
• CCNP or CCIE certification preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and clients.
