Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Network Engineer role based in Delhi, India. The Senior Network Engineer will design, implement, and maintain secure, high-availability network infrastructure across data centers, cloud environments, and customer sites. Responsibilities include configuring and managing routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers; monitoring network performance; and proactively resolving incidents and bottlenecks. The role involves leading troubleshooting efforts, performing root-cause analysis, and implementing preventive measures, especially in environments requiring strong security and compliance. The Senior Network Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support project rollouts and migrations, document network architectures and procedures, and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Network Engineering and Network Design for complex, multi-site, and hybrid (on-prem/cloud) environments.
• Hands-on expertise in Network Administration and Troubleshooting, including monitoring, diagnostics, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in Network Security practices, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, segmentation, and secure configuration management.
• Experience integrating networks with cloud platforms and managed services, ideally in private/public cloud and data center contexts.
• Knowledge of routing and switching protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, STP, VLANs), and familiarity with high-availability designs.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP/CCIE, JNCIP/JNCIE, Network+ or equivalent) are highly desirable.
• Ability to write clear technical documentation and standard operating procedures, and to mentor less experienced engineers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
