Sr. Network Consultant Onsite | Bangalore
Required Skills & Experience (Mandatory)
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus switches
- Experience with Cisco Data Centergrade switches
- Experience with SD-WAN
- Ability to execute pre-built Arista configurations (no design work required)
- Basic networking experience (L2/L3 fundamentals)
- Ansible experience ability to run scripts, validate execution, and identify failures
- Basic working knowledge of Arista CloudVision Portal (CVP)
Role Overview
The Sr. Network Consultant will focus primarily on hands-on execution tasks within a data center environment. The engineering team will receive a completed Arista configuration, and your role will involve deploying and validating these configurations across the environment. This is not a design or architecture role; rather, it is an implementation-focused engineering position requiring solid operational knowledge, precision, and troubleshooting ability.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and deploy Arista network configurations as provided
- Operate, troubleshoot, and validate Cisco Nexus and data center switch environments
- Run Ansible playbooks, verify proper execution, and troubleshoot script failures
- Support SD-WANrelated tasks and integration
- Work closely with project leads, operations teams, and network architects
- Document activities, report execution outcomes, and escalate issues as needed

- Onsite in Bangalore (no remote option)
- Senior-level resource required due to the precision and autonomy needed during execution
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination required
