Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer with a strong background in managing and optimizing enterprise-grade network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring over 7 years of expertise in network operations, firewall management, security appliances, monitoring tools, and vendor coordination. While exposure to voice technologies is an added advantage, the primary focus of this role is on network performance, security, and reliability.
Mandatory Skills
- Meraki Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in configuration & troubleshooting
- FortiGate Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in configuration & troubleshooting

Key Responsibilities
Network Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance network infrastructure.
- Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot Meraki devices to ensure optimal uptime and stability.
- Manage FortiGate Firewalls, including rule setup, security policies, upgrades, and advanced troubleshooting.
- Execute site activations and link implementations, ensuring seamless connectivity during expansions and migrations.
- Work closely with vendors for equipment procurement, managed services, and contract management.
- Lead end-to-end network projectsfrom planning and design to deploymentaligned with business requirements.
- Utilize SolarWinds for proactive network monitoring, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Zscaler products including ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Voice, including SBC configuration, call routing, and licensing.
- Familiarity with fax-to-mail services and cloud-based enterprise voice systems.
Qualifications & Skills
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering.
- Strong technical expertise in Meraki, FortiGate, SolarWinds, and core network technologies.
- Good understanding of network security principles, firewall operations, and threat management.
- Proven track record in project execution, documentation, and vendor coordination.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently and in global cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
