About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Network Engineer with hands-on experience in both networking and server environments, preferably within Trading (MFT/HFT) ecosystems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in low-latency infrastructure, exchange connectivity, and high-performance systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage low-latency network infrastructure for trading systems

Configure and troubleshoot routing & switching protocols (BGP, LAN, multicast, etc.)

Manage and optimize Linux-based servers for trading applications

Ensure seamless connectivity with exchanges like NSE, BSE, and MCX

Handle colocation setups and exchange-side infrastructure deployments

Monitor system performance, including CPU scaling, latency optimization, and throughput

Work on network security, firewall configurations, and access controls

Troubleshoot complex issues across network and server layers

Collaborate with trading, dev, and infra teams for performance tuning

Maintain high availability and reliability of trading systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Networking concepts: Routing, Switching, LAN, BGP, Multicast

Experience with Linux systems administration

Hands-on experience with low-latency systems in trading environments

Familiarity with NAS, colocation environments, and exchange connectivity

Understanding of PTP (Precision Time Protocol) and time synchronization

Experience in firewalls and network security

Certifications like CCNA/CCNP are a plus

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Preferred Experience

Prior experience in MFT / HFT / Trading firms

Exposure to exchange connectivity (NSE, BSE, MCX)

Experience in handling high-performance trading infrastructure
