We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer who treats network reliability, security, and performance as mission-critical. This role is for someone who can design, operate, and scale complex network environments while ensuring stability and resilience.
You will own core network infrastructure, work closely with security and systems teams, and ensure that connectivity never becomes a bottleneck for the business.
What You Will Do
- Design, implement, and manage enterprise and data center network architectures
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of network infrastructure
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
- Manage LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless network environments
- Troubleshoot complex network issues across on-prem and cloud environments
- Implement network security controls, segmentation, and access policies
- Monitor network performance and proactively resolve bottlenecks
- Lead network upgrades, migrations, and capacity planning initiatives
- Create and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and SOPs
- Collaborate with security, systems, and application teams for end-to-end reliability
What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience in network engineering and infrastructure management
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network protocols
- Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network security practices
- Exposure to cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
- Strong understanding of high-availability and redundancy design
- Ability to manage incidents calmly and systematically
- Relevant networking certifications are a plus
