Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our Global Infrastructure team. This role is designed for a technical professional who excels in maintaining high-availability environments and possesses a strong foundation in enterprise networking. The ideal candidate will manage diverse network technologiesfrom traditional LAN/WAN to modern SD-WAN solutionsensuring seamless connectivity across our global footprint.

  • Experience: Minimum 5 Years

  • Notice Period:Immediate Joiners Only
  • Shift: 24/7 Rotational (Includes weekends/public holidays)
Key Responsibilities
  • Infrastructure Support: Manage and maintain robust LAN, WAN, and Wireless environments to ensure 99.9% uptime.
  • SD-WAN Administration: Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot SD-WAN solutions to optimize branch connectivity and traffic path selection.
  • Incident Management: Act as a primary technical point for network incidents; identify, troubleshoot, and resolve connectivity issues to meet strict SLA targets.
  • Routing & Switching: Perform advanced configuration and troubleshooting of core routing protocols and switching technologies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor network health and use diagnostic tools to preemptively address potential bottlenecks.
  • Change Management: Execute planned network changes, firmware upgrades, and hardware replacements following global standard operating procedures.
Technical Qualifications

Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable):

  • Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Network Operations or Infrastructure support.
  • Certification: Valid CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) is mandatory.
  • Routing & Switching: Strong proficiency in BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and Static Routing. Deep understanding of VLANs, STP, VTP, and EtherChannel.
  • SD-WAN: Proven experience in managing and troubleshooting SD-WAN architectures.
  • Wireless: Experience managing enterprise-grade Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC) and Access Points (APs).
  • Connectivity: Expert knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies, including MPLS, Leased Lines, and VPNs.
  • Immediate Availability: Must be able to join within 0-15 days.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, and Problem Management).
  • Experience with Multi-vendor environments (Cisco, Juniper, or HP).
  • Basic understanding of Network Security (Firewalls, ACLs).
