Backend Development

C# / .NET (.NET Core preferred)

RESTful Web Services / APIs

Entity Framework (ORM)

Frontend Development

JavaScript (ES6+)

Modern JS frameworks (Vue.js preferred; React/KnockoutJS familiarity is a plus)

HTML5 / CSS3

Database & Data

SQL Server

Strong SQL querying and performance optimization

Relational data modeling

Cloud & Infrastructure

Microsoft Azure (App Services, Storage, basic cloud architecture)

Experience with scalable cloud storage solutions

Development Practices

Git-based source control

Agile / Scrum development

Production support and troubleshooting

Secure coding and performance-conscious design

Role Expectations

Act as a developer for features and systems, from design through production support

Collaborate closely with product, QA, and offshore teams to ensure delivery quality

Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making

Provide mentorship and guidance where needed

Be available for production issue triage and occasional off-hours support

Maintain a high bar for code quality, scalability, and maintainability

Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
