Skillsets:

Frameworks: ASP.Net, MVC, .Net Core, Web API, Entity framework, Windows .Net Services. Languages: C#, jQuery, Angular, JSON, JavaScript, TypeScript, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS. Databases: SQL Server. Version control: Azure DevOps, Git

Good to know: Azure functions.

Qualities:

10+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise applications in a .NET environment, with strong expertise in C# and SQL Server.

Proven experience delivering and supporting complex, long-lived systems in enterprise or regulated environments.

Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and enterprise application architecture.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Highly self-motivated with strong ownership, accountability, and time management skills.

Demonstrated ability to understand and work within complex codebases and business rules.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, production-grade software solutions aligned with enterprise standards, using Microsoft .NET (Framework and .NET Core), C#, SQL Server, and integrated system components.

Contribute across all phases of the software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to documented processes, coding standards, and quality guidelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional team members to design scalable, user-friendly solutions, develop robust object-oriented components, and evaluate emerging technologies for enterprise use.

Participate actively in technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and solution evaluations.

Produce and maintain clear, high-quality technical documentation, including design artifacts and implementation details.

Perform and contribute to code reviews, ensuring maintainability, performance, security, and adherence to best practices.

Mentor junior and mid-level developers, promoting strong engineering discipline and knowledge sharing.

Manage work independently while meeting aggressive delivery timelines, operating within Agile methodologies and enterprise quality standards.
