Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned
Lead Software Engineer with strong expertise in
.NET technologies and Microsoft Azure to design, build, and maintain scalable, cloud-native applications. The role demands hands-on technical leadership, strong problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of project stability.
Must-Have Skills
Candidates
must meet all the below requirements:
- .NET Development:
- Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET Core (7+ years)
- Azure Cloud:
- Extensive experience with Azure Functions and Azure App Service (7+ years)
- Blazor:
- Experience with Blazor Server and/or Blazor WebAssembly (7+ years)
- Database:
- Strong expertise in SQL Server / Azure SQL
- DevOps:
- Experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines or GitHub Actions
- Architecture:
- Solid understanding of event-driven / messaging-based architectures
- Stability:
- Demonstrated job stability with reasonable tenure in previous roles
- Availability:
- Able to join within 015 days
Nice-to-Have Skills- Experience with:
- Messaging systems (Service Bus, Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
- Cloud-native and microservices-based architectures
- Performance tuning and application optimization
- CI/CD best practices and automation
- Exposure to modern frontend frameworks is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of scalable .NET applications on Azure
- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions using Azure services
- Mentor and guide team members, ensuring coding and design best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions
- Ensure performance, security, and maintainability of applications
