Role Summary
We are looking for a
Senior .NET Developer with strong experience in building and maintaining enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
designing, developing, and optimizing .NET-based applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions. Experience working on
HRMS products will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET MVC and ADO.NET
- Write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices
- Develop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database structures
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and UI teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks
- Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, and solution discussions
- Ensure application security, scalability, and performance
- Contribute to continuous improvement and technical innovation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 35 years of hands-on experience in .NET MVC development
- Strong experience with ADO.NET
- Proficient in SQL Server, including complex queries and stored procedures
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
- Experience in developing enterprise-level web applications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work from the Chennai office
Preferred Skills
- Experience working on HRMS products or HR-related modules
- Exposure to SaaS-based application development
- Familiarity with performance optimization and security best practices
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period
