This is not a typical motion designer role. You won't just animate. You will:

• Own motion design output at HSF
• Handle diverse project formats (training, explainer, AI-led workflows)
• Build systems for speed, consistency, and quality
• Lead and guide junior designers and freelancers

If you're looking for predictable, repetitive work, this is not for you.

• Create high-quality 2D motion graphics, explainers, and training videos
• Handle everything from simple typography animations to complex visual storytelling
• Translate scripts into clean, engaging visual sequences
  

• Maintain consistency across projects
• Define and elevate HSF's motion design style
• Ensure clarity over decoration
  

You will work on:

• Corporate training videos
• eLearning modules
• Explainer videos
• AI-assisted content workflows
• Rapid production projects

Every new project will be different.

• Work with editors, designers, and freelancers
• Review and improve their outputs
• Guide junior talent where required

• Create templates, reusable assets, and workflows
• Improve speed without compromising quality
• Bring structure to chaos

• Strong command over Adobe After Effects (non-negotiable)
• Deep understanding of motion principles (timing, pacing, hierarchy)
• Strong design sense (layout, typography, composition)
• Ability to simplify complex information visually
• Experience handling end-to-end animation projects
• Comfort working across different styles and formats
• Understand AI softwares and tools in creative field

• You can handle ambiguity and fast-moving projects

• You are comfortable experimenting with AI tools and new workflows
• You think in systems, not just individual videos
