We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Motion Graphic Designer for our Mumbai office to lead the development of visually compelling motion content. The ideal candidate will combine strong storytelling skills with advanced animation techniques to produce engaging visuals across digital platforms, including social media, web, and video campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of motion graphics projects from brief to final delivery
- Design and animate high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics, explainer videos, and promotional content
- Collaborate with creative directors, designers, marketers, and video editors to deliver cohesive visual narratives
- Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual stories
- Maintain brand consistency across all motion outputs
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies
- Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers
- Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in motion graphics or animation
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion design, animation, and storytelling skills
- Advanced proficiency in tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Experience with 3D tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and timing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Working Hours - 11 AM to 8 PM
Working Days - Mon - Fri + Alt Saturday
