We're looking for a Senior Motion Graphic Designer who can merge big-picture ideas, AI-driven workflows, and real-world production expertise to deliver impactful content from concept to final output.
What You'll Do
- Take ownership of projects from ideation to delivery, ensuring strong storytelling throughout.
- Create high-quality visuals using 2D/3D animation, compositing, typography animation, and sound design integration.
- Masterfully use Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate CC, and Premiere Pro, along with 3rd-party motion graphic plugins.
- Bring characters and stories to life with character animation and solid animation principles.
- Integrate AI-powered tools (text-to-video, AI-assisted animation, generative design, VFX enhancement) into creative workflows.
- Collaborate on live shoots, understanding shot composition, framing, and blending live-action with animation.
- Experiment across different motion styles from minimalistic to cinematic tailored to each project's needs.
What We're Looking For
- 47 years of professional experience in motion graphics & video editing.
- Strong expertise in Adobe After Effects, with demonstrable experience in motion graphics.
- Solid command of Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate CC, and Premiere Pro (or other editing software).
- Proven ability in character animation and deep knowledge of animation principles.
- Familiarity with special effects, compositing, and production pipelines.
- Exposure to AI-powered creative tools and ability to integrate AI outputs seamlessly into projects.
- Experience or involvement in video shoots and an understanding of production dynamics.
- A strong portfolio showcasing artistic range, storytelling ability, and technical versatility.
Bonus Skills
- Interface design expertise.
- Advanced experience with AI-driven design or VFX workflows.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior designers.
