Role Overview
ZocialOne is an all-in-one social media management platform that helps businesses manage, schedule, analyze, and grow their presence across multiple social platforms from a single application.
We are looking for a Mobile App Optimization and Growth Manager who can take full ownership of our Google Play Store and Apple App Store presence and drive complete app marketing strategy from awareness to retention.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Google Play Store and Apple App Store optimization and a deep understanding of the mobile app growth ecosystem. This role is not limited to keyword optimization but requires complete ownership of app marketing, user acquisition, conversion improvement, and retention strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. App Store Optimization (ASO Google Play & Apple App Store)
- Conduct in-depth keyword research for Google Play Store and Apple App Store

- Perform competitor analysis and keyword gap analysis
- Improve store listing conversion rate (views installs)
- A/B test app creatives (icon, screenshots, preview videos)
- Develop and manage ratings & review improvement strategy.
- Monitor keyword rankings and organic install growth across both stores
2. Complete App Marketing & Growth Strategy
- Plan full-funnel marketing strategy (Awareness Install Activation Retention Referral)
- Increase organic downloads and improve paid acquisition efficiency
- Develop positioning strategy for SaaS-based social media management tool
- Create growth roadmap aligned with business goals
- Build referral and retention campaigns
- Optimize trial-to-paid conversion funnel
3. Paid Advertising & B2B Marketing

- Manage budget allocation and performance optimization

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
- 68 years of experience in mobile app marketing or SaaS growth
- Proven experience in Google Play Store and Apple App Store ASO
- Hands-on experience running:

- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and selling SaaS tools to small businesses
- Experience in scaling app installs and improving retention
- Strong analytical and performance marketing skills
