Job Title: MIS Executive

Job Summary

Vedantu is looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage data reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking across teams. The role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to present insights that support business and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to operations, sales, collections, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple sources such as CRM, internal dashboards, and Excel trackers.
  • Analyze data trends and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, Academic & Support teams) to gather and validate data.
  • Track KPIs, productivity metrics, conversion ratios, and SLA adherence.
  • Maintain master databases and automate reports wherever possible to improve efficiency.
  • Support management reviews, audits, and ad-hoc reporting requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Any graduate (B.Com / BBA / B.Sc preferred).
  • 1.5+ years of experience in MIS, reporting, or operations analytics (EdTech experience is a plus).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards).
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools and Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in EdTech, BFSI, or service-driven organizations.
  • Basic knowledge of automation tools or BI tools (Power BI / Looker / Tableau) is an added advantage.

Technical Skills:

Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, VBA, Power Query).

Strong understanding of procurement and vendor management processes.

Familiarity with IT asset management tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho).

Basic knowledge of databases and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL) is a plus.

Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Soft Skills:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Team player with a proactive attitude.
