Your Role: Turning Data into Decisions
We're looking for a Senior MIS Executive who can go beyond reporting and become a true business partner. You will play a critical role in translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive performance across retail stores, e-commerce, and operations.

What You'll Own
- Build and automate high-impact MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly) across functions
- Design and manage Power BI dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility
- Track and analyze sales, inventory, and operational performance metrics
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across ERP, POS, and e-commerce platforms
- Deep dive into stock movement, replenishment trends, and inventory health
- Identify patterns, gaps, and opportunitiesthen translate them into actionable insights
- Drive automation and process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned metrics and seamless data flow
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 24 years of experience in MIS / Data Analytics / Business Reporting
- Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI (must-have)
- Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and data visualization
- Experience in retail / consumer business is a strong plus
- Sharp analytical thinking with a strong eye for detail & accuracy
- Ability to simplify data into meaningful business stories
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
