Job Title: Senior MIS & Business Improvement Executive

Location: Mumbai (Coordination with Bhiwandi / Vasai)

Experience: 58 Years (Mandatory)

Industry Preference: Trading / FMCG / Consumer Goods / Distribution

• Role Objective

To analyze sales, stock, and purchase data from ERP systems, generate actionable insights, and drive measurable business improvements through structured follow-ups and performance tracking.

• Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Customer Performance Analysis

• Identify inactive customers (30/60/90 days)
• Track key customer purchase decline trends
• Prepare salesman-wise activity and performance reports
• Drive structured follow-ups for customer revival

2. Stock & Product Performance Monitoring

• Identify slow-moving and dead stock
• Analyze stock vs sales trends (SKU/category-wise)
• Coordinate with sales and purchase teams for corrective actions
• Track improvement impact (before vs after analysis)

3. Purchase Planning Support

• Analyze historical sales trends (SKU/season/category-wise)
• Recommend buying quantities based on performance data
• Highlight overstock and risk areas before purchase decisions
• Track forecast vs actual sales

4. Management Reporting & Dashboards

• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports
• Develop concise management dashboards
• Present action-based insights instead of raw data

• Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate (B.Com / BBA / BMS / BA); MBA preferred
• Strong ERP experience (Tally / Busy / Marg / SAP / Custom ERP)
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Dashboards)
• Analytical mindset with strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Clear communication in Hindi & English

• Compensation

40,000 60,000 per month (Performance-linked incentives applicable)
