About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Data Scientist with strong experience in Computer Vision, regression-based ML models, and modern deep learning architectures including Transformers and RAG-based systems.
This role is for someone who has worked on real projects, optimized models for production, and is comfortable working with GPU-accelerated systems (NVIDIA stack).

Key Responsibilities
Machine Learning & Model Development
- Design, develop, and deploy regression-based ML models for real-world use cases
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, tuning, and validation
- Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and improve model performance
Computer Vision
- Work on end-to-end Computer Vision projects (image classification, detection, segmentation)
- Build and optimize CNN-based and Transformer-based vision models
- Use OpenCV and deep learning frameworks for image/video processing
Deep Learning & GenAI
- Implement Transformer architectures (Vision Transformers, LLM-based pipelines)
- Build and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems
- Work with embeddings, vector databases, and efficient inference pipelines
GPU & Performance Optimization
- Work extensively with NVIDIA GPU systems
- Optimize models using:
- CUDA
- TensorRT
- OpenVINO
- Improve inference speed, memory usage, and throughput for production workloads
Frameworks & Deployment
- Develop models using PyTorch and TensorFlow
- Convert research models into production-ready pipelines
- Support deployment on edge / on-prem / cloud environments
Collaboration & Documentation
- Work closely with data engineers, software teams, and product stakeholders
- Document model architecture, experiments, and results clearly
- Participate in design reviews and technical discussions
