Senior Metric Stream M7 Developer

We are seeking a proactive Senior Metric Stream M7 Developer to join our delivery team for a strategic Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) transformation. You will be responsible for designing and developing GRC applications using the Metric Stream M7 and 6.x platforms, leading the implementation of modules and workflows, and collaborating with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. This role requires a strong background in Metric Stream and proficiency in DevOps tools.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance GRC applications using Metric Stream M7 and 6.x platforms.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Lead the implementation and configuration of MetricStream modules and workflows tailored to client needs.
• Contribute to all project lifecycle activities, including development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Ensure adherence to DevOps best practices, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments.

Skills Required:

• Strong command over PL/SQL, Java, and JavaScript for application customization and integration.
• Proficiency in DevOps tools and practices, such as Git, Maven, Jenkins, Azure DevOps (ADO), and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of the GRC domain, business processes, and the system implementation lifecycle.
• Familiarity with core Metric Stream modules like Risk Management, Policy Management, Compliance, and Audit is a plus.
• Experience working with international clients or in regulated industries (e.g., BFSI, Pharma, Energy) is a plus.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
