Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced MES Consultant with hands-on expertise in PICO MES and strong integration experience with NetSuite ERP. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting manufacturing execution processes, ensuring seamless integration between shop floor systems and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end MES (PICO) implementation and support activities

Design and configure manufacturing workflows, production tracking, and shop floor automation

Integrate PICO MES with NetSuite ERP, ensuring real-time data synchronization (production orders, inventory, WIP, quality data)

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional and technical specifications

Develop and manage interfaces/APIs, middleware, and data exchange mechanisms

Support master data management (BOM, routing, work centers, item master)

Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards and traceability requirements

Perform system testing, UAT support, and go-live stabilization

Provide L2/L3 support and continuous improvement post implementation

Coordinate with onsite teams and ensure SLA adherence in offshore delivery model

Required Skills & Competencies:

MES Expertise

Strong hands-on experience in PICO MES (configuration, deployment, troubleshooting)

Deep understanding of manufacturing processes (discrete / process industry)

Knowledge of shop floor systems, IoT integration, and machine connectivity

ERP Integration

Proven experience integrating MES with NetSuite ERP

Understanding of NetSuite modules:

Manufacturing

Inventory Management

Supply Chain

Experience with Suite Script, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware tools

Technical Skills

API integrations (REST, SOAP)

Knowledge of middleware platforms (Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar)

SQL / database knowledge

Understanding of cloud-based architectures

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in multi-plant/global MES rollout

Exposure to Industry 4.0 / Smart Factory initiatives

Knowledge of ISA-95 standards

NetSuite certification is a plus

Experience working in an offshore delivery model with global clients
