Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior MES Consultant with strong expertise in PICO MES and proven experience in NetSuite ERP integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Manufacturing Execution Systems while ensuring seamless integration between shop floor systems and enterprise applications. The role requires strong technical, functional, and integration expertise within manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of PICO MES solutions.
• Design and configure manufacturing workflows, production tracking, and shop floor automation processes.
• Implement and maintain integration between PICO MES and NetSuite ERP to enable real-time synchronization of production orders, inventory, WIP, and quality data.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Develop and manage system interfaces, APIs, middleware integrations, and data exchange mechanisms.
• Support master data management including BOM, routing, work centers, and item master data.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, traceability requirements, and quality processes.
• Perform system testing, UAT coordination, and go-live support, ensuring smooth system deployment.
• Provide L2/L3 production support and drive continuous improvements post implementation.
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines and SLAs.

Required Skills & Competencies

MES Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with PICO MES including configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing execution processes in discrete or process manufacturing environments.
• Experience with shop floor systems, machine connectivity, and production data capture.

ERP Integration

• Proven experience integrating MES solutions with NetSuite ERP.
• Knowledge of NetSuite Manufacturing, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain modules.
• Experience with SuiteScript, REST APIs, and SOAP-based integrations.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with API-based integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Familiarity with middleware platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Understanding of cloud-based system architectures and integration frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in multi-plant or global MES implementation programs.
• Exposure to Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory initiatives.
• Knowledge of ISA-95 manufacturing integration standards.
• NetSuite certification is an added advantage.
• Experience working within offshore delivery models and global client environments.
