This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Merchant, based in Moradabad. The Senior Merchant will oversee client orders from inquiry to delivery, manage vendor relationships, and handle production planning. Responsibilities include ensuring quality control, coordinating shipments, preparing costings, and developing strategies to meet client expectations. The role requires close collaboration with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products.

• Strong expertise in production planning, quality control, and vendor management
• Proven ability to handle costing, budgeting, and client communication
• Familiarity with export documentation and international shipping processes
• Effective organizational and time-management skills for meeting strict deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office and related software; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Relevant experience in the lifestyle and décor export industry preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Operations, or relevant field; advanced certifications are a plus
