Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Merchandiser - Textile, based in Coimbatore. The role involves overseeing textile merchandising operations, coordinating with production teams, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality merchandise. Key responsibilities include aligning production goals with client needs, monitoring market trends, assisting with sales and retail development, and providing excellent customer service to uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively liaise with clients and address their needs.
• Experience in Sales, Retail, and Marketing to contribute to business growth and drive customer engagement.
• Ability to work collaboratively with production teams and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to ensure quality and timely delivery of products.
• Prior experience in textile merchandising or a related field is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or a related discipline is an advantage.
