We're looking for an experienced Senior Merchandiser to lead our merchandise strategy across India and international markets.

What You Will Do:

* Conduct market-wise stock analysis & planning

* Work across menswear, womenswear & accessories categories

* Plan season-wise merchandise for domestic & global stores

* Strategise merchandise division, allocation & store-wise movement

* Coordinate with production teams with strong follow-up & execution

* Improve sales targets through efficient merchandise planning

* Build the annual merchandise plan with launch & promotion timelines

* Create and schedule promotions based on merchandise performance

* Support collection launches with data-backed merchandising insights

You Should Have:

* 78+ years experience in couture and luxury prt merchandising

* Strong analytical, planning & category management skills

* Experience working with multiple store formats & markets

* Understanding of inventory cycles, sell-throughs & assortment building

* Ability to partner across design, retail, production & marketing teams
