Senior Merchandiser

Pace Active is a fast-growing activewear brand focused on delivering high-performance, stylish apparel for fitness enthusiasts. With in-house manufacturing, we take pride in our control over quality, speed, and design innovation. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Production Merchandiser to help bridge the gap between design, production, and sales, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality activewear products.

Material Sourcing & Sample Coordination:

Work closely with the design team to organize sample development, approvals, fabric and trim procurement for production orders.

In-House Manufacturing Oversight:

Liaise directly with the in-house production team to monitor sample production, resolve technical or production issues, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Product Costing and Efficiency Management:

Work on product costing and optimal selling price. Support cost control efforts by monitoring fabric usage, trims, and production processes to optimize efficiency without compromising quality.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct regular quality checks at key production stages, highlight defects or deviations, and implement corrective measures in collaboration with production and quality teams.

Production Reporting:

Maintain accurate production tracking documents and provide timely updates to the design, sourcing, and management teams regarding production status and any potential delays.

Cross-functional Coordination:

Work with design, sales, sourcing, and logistics teams to ensure alignment on delivery timelines, material availability, and order fulfillment.

Production Planning & Follow-up:

Manage and track the production schedule from development through bulk manufacturing, ensuring timelines are met for seasonal collections and special projects.

Technical Documentation:

Ensure all tech packs, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and production specifications are complete, accurate, and communicated to the production floor.
