Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Jaipur for a Senior Merchandiser. The Senior Merchandiser will manage daily merchandising operations, including planning product assortments, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, analyzing market trends, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing inventory, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of products aligned with seasonal and brand strategies.

- Retail and Marketing expertise to drive product positioning and brand strategies.
- Proven ability in Sales to achieve targets and build strong client relationships.
- Experience in merchandise planning, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in merchandising, retail, or a similar role is highly desirable.
