Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Senior Merchandiser. The Senior Merchandiser will manage day-to-day activities such as coordinating with clients, supervising retail operations, and ensuring the timely delivery of products. The role involves developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and effective communication. The Senior Merchandiser will also oversee merchandising initiatives to meet organizational goals and support business growth.
Qualifications

- Experience in Sales and Marketing to drive business growth and generate revenue
- Knowledge of Retail operations and merchandising techniques
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and implementing actionable strategies
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work on-site in New Delhi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in a similar role within retail or sales is a plus
