Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Merchandiser specializing in Hard Goods, located at our Noida office. The Senior Merchandiser will be responsible for developing new business and managing client accounts, coordinating orders, and monitoring production to meet client requirements. Responsibilities also include developing sales strategies, assisting with marketing efforts, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns. The role requires collaboration with internal teams, including design and production, to meet delivery timelines and ensure product quality.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and teams.
• Proven experience in Sales and Retail to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of Marketing strategies to support product promotion and market expansion.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work within deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
• Proficiency in relevant software for reporting and project management is a plus.
• Familiarity with the handcrafted or hard goods industry is advantageous.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
