Senior Member Technical Staff: Solution QA

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Testing & Verification:

• Participate in test planning activities with Solution Architects (Integration, UAT, HAT cases).
• Verify JSONs and other solution outputs.
• Conduct functional and non-functional testing of solutions.
• Act as first-level debugger for the solution team and internal customers.

Automation & Scripting:

• Write automated test scripts (Python) for routine processes and robust solution testing.
• Build and maintain automation infrastructure for scale and reliability.

Collaboration & Support:

• Ramp-up and enable Support teams for solution deployment.
• Work with internal teams to make solutions more robust and reliable.
• Participate in trial-and-error activities at various stages of client deliveries.

KPI & Dashboards:

• Design and implement KPI dashboards for solution performance monitoring.

Mindset & Ownership:

• Demonstrate ownership, proactiveness, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Think outside the box to improve solutions and processes.
