We are looking for bright and exceptional programmers to join our ComplyTech (or Compliance Tech) team based in the firm's offices in Hyderabad/Bengaluru/Gurugram. The team creates software to meet the firm's various compliance needs. They develop critical applications that interact in real-time with the firm's trading systems and other processes to ensure compliance. Additionally, the team efficiently analyzes large volumes of trading data to generate reports. Compliance is a critical business requirement for the firm and the diverse business structure adds complexity. The team works closely with the Compliance department to develop applications which satisfy these needs with a robust focus on accuracy and reliability.

WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:

As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of products, including modern build tools, scalable web components, mobile infrastructure and development, real-time infrastructure using Web Workers and Web Assembly, complex business components, dev productivity tools, deployment tools, elastic-based search components, and many other interesting products. Your role will be vital in ensuring that we build high-quality products that are used by almost everyone in the firm. Additionally, as a mentor, you will be responsible for guiding junior developers and engineers who share a passion for building innovative solutions. You will play a pivotal role in setting up the team's vision and building products with the end user in mind, all while maintaining a focus on excellence and continuous improvement.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Basic qualifications:

  • A bachelor's or equivalent master's degree in computer science or a related field
  • 2 to 4 years of stellar experience in Web Technologies, with a keen interest in research and problem-solving
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Significant experience in Web Technologies
  • Experience in building scalable and robust infrastructure with exceptional design skills as well as the ability to build complex components with intuitive APIs

Preferred qualifications:

  • Significant experience in TypeScript/React
  • Prior exposure to mentoring junior developers and performing code reviews
