What is the opportunity:

Workspace ONE is a digital workspace platform that simply and securely delivers and manages any app on any device by integrating access control, application management and multi-platform endpoint management. It is available as a cloud service or for on-premises deployment.

Our goal is to enable Workspace One-Unified End point Management platform to scale and manage billions of devices across various operating system platforms and device types.

As part of the UEM Platform team you will be involved in writing code, design, and development of scalable software. You will be owning engineering initiatives and champion a culture of high ownership, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.

Success in the Role: What are the performance goals over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing

• You will need to produce software design and execute them for new use cases for various platform business.
• You will need to produce design to scale the current system.
• You will be regularly evaluated on the quality of the product you create and the code you write to ensure continued advancement of your technical skills in an environment that looks to expand them.
• You will have to collaboratively work across other teams, design, and contribute code to their code bases.
• You will look at the product as a whole and look for code/design/architecture gaps, scalability/usability/supportability challenges and propose/implement solutions for the identified gaps.

Required Qualifications :

• You will design software and write code in Java (Minimum 6-10 years of experience required).
• Work with the engineering teams and product management to review and refine delivery requirements
• Work closely with other cross-functional leads and specialists across the product teams, own end-to-end deliverables.
• Write technical design documents and hold reviews.
• Perform Work breakdown and plan execution in Jira for large features.
• Design and develop highly efficient code ensuring scalability, performance, security, and quality
• Develop and maintain software that delivers on the team's objectives primarily in Java-based micro services on spring boot-based framework
• Drive and embody the Dev Owns Quality culture.
• Deploy micro services to Kubernetes using Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) systems
• Provide technical leadership to the feature team. Lead design and code reviews.
• You will develop applications using Sprint boot, Kafka, Redis, micro-services, other cloud design patterns and cloud native solutions
