EdgeVerve is hiring for IP team for an inhouse project.

Designation: Senior Member IP Management

Location: Bangalore

. Engineering in computer Science/ IT, Electronics, and related disciplines

3-8 years of relevant experience in the Intellectual Property domain.

Maintains a working knowledge of:

Patent drafting & Prosecution/ IP Analytics in the domain of software patents

Knowledge of US, Indian and EPO patent laws

FOSS compliance knowledge will be added advantage

Any relevant course/ certification in IP will be preferred but is not a limitation

Analytical/problem solving skills with capability to identify solutions to complex problems. Ready to learn and expand the scope of skills across IP and Open-source compliance.
