We are seeking a Senior Medical Data Analyst to join our team in the Medical Scribe field. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and experience in working with medical data to support healthcare operations and improve patient care.
Responsibilities
- Analyze medical data to support clinical decision-making and improve patient outcomes.
- Assist in the documentation of patient encounters and treatment plans as a medical scribe.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and comprehensive data entry.
- Prepare reports and presentations based on data analysis for stakeholders.
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Health Informatics, Data Science, Medicine).
- 2-3 years of experience in medical data analysis or as a medical scribe.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, R, Python).
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare workflows.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
