Job Description

Involved in the complete product design process from research to mass production
Brainstorm and ideate the engineering details of the kazam products and services
Use design software to develop 3d models and drawings of new products
Utilize expertise in plastic design and DFM principles to optimize component design for manufacturability and assembly
Demonstrate strong team handling and soft skills to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams and provide leadership within the engineering department
Come up with cost-effective solutions by considering mass production
Research about latest engineering practices and contribute to the industrial design team
Apply proficiency in manufacturing tool knowledge to streamline productionprocesses, including familiarity with Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation
Keeping up with the deadlines
Documentation of each and every step during the process in a good presentablemanner
Communicate and monitor the new designs with other departments
Conducting feasibility studies, creating prototypes, and testing designs to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product design meets customer needs, including manufacturing, quality, and marketing teams
Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and product documentation
