HCLTech!! We are hiring Senior Mechanical Design Engineer for semiconductor domain - Chennai, Walkin - drive on 10th Oct
Experience- 6+ years - less than 12 years

Time: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Strong experience in Mechanical Design Engineering, with hands-on expertise in Mechanical product development.
Proficient in Sheet Metal Design, including design optimization for manufacturability.
Skilled in 3D concept development and creation of detailed 2D manufacturing drawings.
Good understanding of manufacturing processes such as Sheetmetal fabrication, welding, and machining.
Experience in Bill of Materials (BOM)preparation, manufacturing drawings, and engineering drawing standards.
Hands-on experience with Windchill or similar Product Data Management (PDM) tools. Sound knowledge of GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis, and manufacturing processes. Experience with Engineering Change Order (ECO/ECR) processes and mechanical hardware/component selection.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to mentor teams, establish drawing standards, and drive engineering excellence.
Semiconductor (SEMI) industry experience will be an added advantage
Mandatory Tools Creo AutoCAD Windchill/PDM Tools
