Your Role
- Lead SAP advisory and S/4HANA data transformation initiatives, driving implementation and rollout activities across crossfunctional areas while ensuring clarity of all project scenarios.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex crossfunctional or production issues, converting technical requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria and recommending alternative solution approaches.
- Manage endtoend project executionincluding estimations, design, testing, QA (peer reviews), documentation, and adherence to Agile/Hybrid SAP methodologieswhile working effectively in fastpaced global environments.
- Prepare highquality deliverables and lead/mentor consulting teams, coordinating stakeholder communication and providing functional leadership while also operating independently as required.
Your Profile
- Lead SAP MDG/MDM transformation initiatives by understanding business scenarios and converting them into MDM business logic, designing solutions for Material, Finance, Customer, Vendor master data, managing repositories, and driving process improvements across source systems.
- Own endtoend delivery activities including Show & Tell sessions, data preparation, initial loads, defect resolution, test scenario creation, execution of UT/SIT, support for UAT, review of results, and ensuring timely delivery of SAP MDG projects.
- Perform deep business process analysis and advisory by identifying process interventions, evaluating technology landscape trends, aligning functional and industry best practices, and providing consulting leadership with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Contribute as a senior consultant or leader with proven success across multiple endtoend MDG/MDM implementations in S/4HANA/ECC, working in agile environments, mentoring teams, and leveraging preferred MDG/MDM certifications to drive value.
