Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct MBSE maturity assessments and define organization-wide MBSE roadmaps.
- Implement MBSE solutions across product requirements engineering, system modeling, simulation, and analysis.
- Lead multi-domain product development activities, ensuring effective systems verification and validation.
- Analyze business and stakeholder needs to develop robust system models within an MBSE environment.
- Develop SysML models covering requirements, architectures, properties, interfaces, and behaviors.
- Perform architecture trade-off studies to support optimal system architecture selection.
- Ensure end-to-end traceability for requirements, behavior, structure, analysis, verification, and validation within the model repository.
- Manage and implement changes in stakeholder requirements across system, subsystem, and component models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to resolve subsystem and interface conflicts.
- Apply MBSE frameworks and tools such as MagicGrid, Arcadia, UAF, Cameo, Capella, and WC Modeler.
- Utilize enterprise and process modeling frameworks including TOGAF, UAF, and UML.
Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Model-Based Development
- Solid foundation in Systems Engineering principles across the V-Model lifecycle
- Advanced proficiency in SysML and UML modeling
- Experience defining and executing MBSE transformation roadmaps
- Hands-on experience with MBSE tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler, Capella, MagicDraw, or equivalent
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks including TOGAF and UAF
- Strong capability in requirements management, traceability, and impact analysis
- Experience with architecture trade-off analysis and system optimization
- Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Consulting mindset with the ability to work with multiple programs and engineering domains
Education:Bachelor's Degree/ Master's Degree in related field
