Job Description

At Attributics, we focus on customer data, behavioral analytics, and personalization at scale. Our work sits at the core of modern marketing stacks combining Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), mobile/app analytics, First party data and customer engagement tools to help brands understand users deeply and act on those insights in real time.

We work closely with enterprise clients to design and implement data-driven customer strategies using platforms such as Treasure Data, CJA, GA4, Marketing Automation, CRM, Loyalty, Amplitude. Also work with the clients to drive discovery sessions and create a final Business outcome based on the discovery findings.

Job Overview

We are looking for a MarTech Specialist with a strong focus on CDP implementations, mobile/app analytics, and customer segmentation. This role is hands-on and data-centric, involving close work with customer data models, event schemas, audience definitions, SQL, and activation logic across engagement platforms.

You will play a key role in turning raw customer data into usable segments, insights, and personalized experiences across digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Data Platforms (CDP): Implement and manage CDP setups, including data ingestion, identity unification, and customer profile building.
  • Mobile & App Analytics: Work with platforms like GA4, Amplitude, Adobe Analytics to define events, analyze user behavior, funnels, cohorts, and retention metrics.
  • Segmentation & Audience Building: Design, implement, and maintain advanced customer segments based on behavioural, transactional, and lifecycle data. Should know omni channel journey orchestration.
  • Personalization & Activation: Enable personalized journeys and messaging across push, in-app, email, SMS, in APP, On site, A-B Testing/Multivariate testing and other digital channels using data-backed logic.
  • Customer Strategy & Insights: Partner with clients to understand product and growth goals, analyse user behaviour, and translate insights into actionable engagement strategies. Should be capable of story telling from data.
  • Data Quality & Integration: Work closely with engineering and data teams to ensure accurate event tracking, data flow, and consistency across platforms. Should be capable of outlining data pipelines for integrations.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Support dashboards, KPI tracking, and performance analysis focused on user engagement, retention, and conversion. Can automate the process for better efficiency. Should have a good hand on with Microsoft excel and ppt.
  • Platform Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing data gaps, tracking issues, and segmentation inaccuracies across martech and analytics tools.

Requirements

  • 37 years of experience in MarTech, customer analytics, or related roles
  • Hands-on experience with CDPs and mobile/app analytics platforms, should have a pre sales / strategy consulting / Martech consulting experience
  • Strong understanding of event-based tracking, user journeys, cohorts, and segmentation and have a hands on experience in crafting multi-channel customer journeys
  • Experience working with customer data models, identity resolution, and audience logic, should understand marketing techniques and value propositions
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into practical customer strategies
  • Comfortable working with clients and explaining data-driven findings clearly via structured approach and working with cloud-based data solutions (e.g. GCP, Azure)
  • Strong collaboration skills with engineering, analytics, and product teams

Good to Have

  • Exposure to SQL or data querying
  • Familiarity with experimentation, funnel analysis, or lifecycle analytics
  • Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments
