Job Title: Senior Marketplace Executive - Amazon & Flipkart

Work Timings:Day shift

Work Location: Adyar, Chennai

Experience: 2-3 years in Marketplace operations on Amazon, Flipkart & other marketplaces.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Marketplace Executive, you will oversee marketplace operations, manage product listings, and drive digital campaigns to enhance sales and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings and campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, TataCliq, and more.

Monitor and analyze product performance on a particular marketplace, keywords analysis, rankings, and ratings and provide recommendations to enhance reviews and rankings, and understand and implement SEO best practices.

Optimize marketplace performance to increase sales by analysing traffic and sales data.

Monitor inventory and coordinate shipments to fulfilment centres.

Track performance metrics and align with sales targets.

Provide actionable insights to boost customer engagement and growth.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years experience in Managing Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of SEO and analytics.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
