Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Martech /CRM Specialist with 10-12 years of experience in customer relationship management and marketing technology platforms. The role will focus on managing CRM systems, integrating martech tools, enabling data-driven marketing campaigns, and improving customer engagement across channels.

Manage and optimize CRM platforms to support marketing, sales, and customer engagement initiatives.

Implement and integrate martech tools (marketing automation, CDP, analytics, campaign management).

Design and execute customer lifecycle, segmentation, and personalization strategies.

Work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align CRM capabilities with business goals.

Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across CRM and martech systems.

Build and monitor campaign performance dashboards and customer insights.

Support automation of marketing workflows and lead management processes.

Drive continuous improvement in customer experience through technology and analytics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10-12 years of experience in CRM and marketing technology roles.

Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).

Experience with marketing automation and martech stack integration.

Strong understanding of customer data management, segmentation, and campaign orchestration.

Knowledge of data analytics, reporting, and customer journey optimization.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Preferred:

Experience with CDP, marketing analytics tools, and API-based integrations.

Background in digital marketing, customer lifecycle management, or marketing operations.
