Senior Marketing Specialist

We're hiring a Senior Marketing Specialist who actually knows GoHighLevel, n8n, and how to put Claude to work.

Most marketers we interview can run one channel well. We need someone who can run the whole stack.

The role, plainly:

→ Build GoHighLevel automations across multiple client sub-accounts

→ Wire up AI workflows with Claude + n8n that do real work (lead enrichment, outreach personalisation, reporting)

→ Manage paid ads on Google, Bing, and Meta — not vanity metrics, actual ROAS

→ Run outreach for backlinks and digital PR that lands real coverage

→ Pitch journalists via HARO, HASO, Qwoted, SourceBottle — and actually land features, not just submit and hope

→ Report in plain English to clients who don't care about jargon

You'll fit if you:

• Have 4+ years doing this for real, not just on a CV

• Have built (not just used) automations in GoHighLevel or n8n

• Can write a cold outreach email that doesn't sound like a template

• Have landed media placements through HARO/HASO/Qwoted (preferred — bring examples)

• Know the difference between a good backlink and a directory dump

• Are curious about AI and have actually shipped something with it

• We're a Brisbane-based agency (Elite Dev) working with Australian SMBs. Small team, real autonomy, no committee decisions.
