Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and storytelling-focused Senior Marketing Specialist to lead brand positioning, demand generation, and global outreach initiatives. This is a high-ownership role for a marketing leader who understands deep-tech ecosystems, B2B growth strategy, and international market expansion.

You will play a pivotal role in amplifying Azista's presence across global aerospace markets and commercial space enterprises.

Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategy aligned with business growth objectives
  • Strengthen Azista's positioning in the global aerospace and satellite manufacturing ecosystem
  • Craft compelling messaging for B2B, B2G, and international stakeholders
  • Build thought leadership presence across digital and industry platforms

Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

  • Conduct detailed market research covering global space economy trends, satellite manufacturing landscape, and emerging new-space players
  • Analyse competitive positioning, pricing strategies, and GTM approaches
  • Identify high-growth segments including small satellites, space electronics, mission analytics, and Dfense space programs

Digital Marketing & Demand Generation

  • Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, LinkedIn marketing, email marketing, content marketing)
  • Drive inbound lead generation and marketing-qualified leads (MQLs)
  • Optimize website traffic, engagement funnels, and conversion rates
  • Manage marketing analytics, dashboards, and ROI tracking

Global Events & Industry Outreach

  • Represent Azista at global aerospace expos, satellite conferences, and defence exhibitions
  • Lead event marketing strategy including pre-event promotions, booth messaging, and post-event lead nurturing
  • Build strategic partnerships and ecosystem visibility

Growth & Business Enablement

  • Collaborate with leadership and business development teams on go-to-market (GTM) strategies
  • Support proposal positioning for government and international missions
  • Drive content strategy including case studies, whitepapers, and technical storytelling
  • Contribute to long-term marketing roadmap and revenue growth strategy

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • MBA (Mandatory) in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in aerospace, defence, deep tech, manufacturing, or high-tech industries.
  • Experience in international marketing and global market expansion is highly preferred.

Core Competencies

  • Strong expertise in Brand Strategy & Positioning
  • Experience in B2B Growth Marketing & Demand Generation
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, LinkedIn Campaigns, Google Analytics, CRM tools)
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis capability
  • Experience in Event Marketing & Industry Representation
  • Excellent content creation & technical storytelling skills

Preferred Attributes

  • Engineering undergraduate background is an added advantage
  • Understanding of satellite technology, space systems, or advanced engineering industries
  • Experience working with Aerospace / Defence / high-tech clients
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into marketing strategy
  • Strong communication & executive presentation skills
  • Self-starter with ownership mindset and ability to work in fast-paced environments
