Role Summary

We are hiring a Product Marketing Leader to own the messaging architecture, brand positioning, competitive strategy, and launch management for the Concierto platform (five solutions: Migrate, Modernize, Manage, Maximize, and Intelligence) and Trianz services portfolio.

This is the foundational marketing hire. Every other marketing function consumes this role's positioning and messaging as their starting point. Beyond defining how Concierto is positioned, you are accountable for translating that positioning into demand generation, pipeline creation, and revenue growth — ensuring that messaging drives measurable business outcomes across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Solution Positioning

  • Own the messaging architecture for the entire Concierto platform: brand positioning, product positioning, solution positioning, and messaging frameworks by audience and industry.
  • Define and govern brand architecture: Concierto as hero brand, 5-solution family (Migrate, Modernize, Manage, Maximize, Intelligence), and the Trianz master narrative.
  • Build audience-specific messaging frameworks for CEO/Board, CIO/CTO, CDO, and Infrastructure Leaders.
  • Ensure all positioning is designed to drive conversion — from awareness through to qualified pipeline and closed revenue.

Competitive Intelligence & Market Strategy

  • Build and run the competitive intelligence program: real-time monitoring, battlecards with pricing intel, win/loss analysis.
  • Lead enterprise transformation campaign strategy and competitive positioning against CSP-native tools and competing platforms.
  • Produce quarterly Market Signal briefs: TAM/SAM/SOM sizing, platform benchmarking, competitive landscape shifts.

Launch Management & Demand Contribution

  • Own tiered product launch playbooks (major, minor, feature) ensuring 100% launch readiness at GA.
  • Create foundational sales enablement assets: pitch decks, one-pagers, ROI frameworks, objection handling guides.
  • Collaborate with demand generation, field marketing, and alliance leads to translate positioning into pipeline-generating campaigns.
  • Define PLG/trial experience strategy per solution module.

Team Leadership

  • Hire, manage, and develop as the team scales.
  • Establish editorial governance: Product Marketing owns messaging quality for all platform content.
  • Set quarterly OKRs tied to pipeline influence, win rate improvement, and sales enablement adoption.

Required Experience

  • 12–15+ years in product marketing, with 5+ years leading product marketing teams in enterprise SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or platform companies.
  • Track record of building messaging frameworks from scratch for multi-product platforms and translating them into demand-generating campaigns.
  • Experience with competitive intelligence programs and enterprise transformation marketing.
  • Strong understanding of cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP), migration/modernization, and managed services markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical capabilities into CXO-level business narratives that drive action.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
