Role Overview-
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Manager - Marketing to lead brand building and demand growth for a retail + D2C, high-consideration consumer services business. This role will own the end-to-end marketing charter across brand, performance, CRM, and offline channels, while partnering closely with sales, product, and operations to drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities-
Marketing Strategy & Brand Direction:
- Set the overall marketing agenda across channels, ensuring strong brand recall and relevance.
- Craft a clear and differentiated brand narrative that resonates with target consumers.
- Create annual and long-term marketing plans aligned with business expansion and revenue goals.
Customer Acquisition & Growth:
- Lead demand generation efforts across digital platforms and physical touchpoints.
- Improve lead quality and conversion through funnel optimisation and audience insights.
- Own marketing performance metrics and continuously refine strategies to improve ROI.
Digital, Content & Campaign Execution:
- Oversee digital channels including paid media, content, influencer collaborations, and CRM.
- Guide campaign ideation, messaging, and execution across customer journeys.
- Drive integrated launches, seasonal initiatives, and brand partnerships.
Retail & Experience-Led Marketing:
- Work closely with retail and experience-centre teams to drive footfalls and conversions.
- Enable on-ground marketing initiatives, in-store activations, and localised campaigns.
- Ensure alignment between marketing promises and on-ground delivery.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Build and manage a high-impact marketing team and external partners.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and operations to ensure cohesive growth execution.
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership on brand and growth decisions.
Ideal Profile-
Experience & Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in retail + D2C / consumer / home / lifestyle categories.
- Strong exposure to omni-channel marketing.
- Proven track record across brand building, performance marketing, and growth metrics.
- Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented consumer businesses.
