Job Purpose:
To drive market growth and revenue for Chloro-Alkali and related industrial chemical products through strategic sales execution, client development, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and marketing activities for Chloro-Alkali and allied industrial chemical products.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and new segments.
- Develop and manage key client relationships across various industries.
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up for order closure and payment realization.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and smooth order execution.
- Maintain accurate sales data, MIS reports, and periodic performance reviews against targets.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Support designated product businesses through internal and external coordination, promotional activities, and market feedback.
- Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management or the reporting manager from time to time.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline
- MBA (Marketing / Operations/ Supply Chain) will be an added advantage
- 710 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing of Chloro-Alkali / Industrial Chemicals
- Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a field-intensive environment
