Responsibilities
- Build and manage marketing processes and operational systems
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for marketing workflows
- Ensure smooth coordination between different marketing functions and teams
- Track project execution and ensure timely delivery
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions
- Support leadership in scaling marketing operations
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or related roles
- Strong ability to build systems, processes, and documentation
- Experience coordinating teams and driving execution
- Fluency in Malayalam and English
- Hindi proficiency is a plus
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to get things done in a fast-paced environment
