Senior Marketing Manager – IT Services / SaaS
About the Role
We are looking for a high-ownership, strategic marketing professional who understands the nuances of marketing in the IT services and SaaS ecosystem.
This role goes beyond execution—you will be responsible for building demand, positioning offerings, and driving measurable business growth.
You should have a strong grasp of B2B marketing funnels, lead generation, and brand positioning, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation & Pipeline Building
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Email, Content)
- Drive qualified leads for sales teams with clear ROI tracking
- Lead demand-generation programs (ABM, email, paid media, webinars, events)
- Optimize conversion funnels and pipeline efficiency
Positioning & Messaging
- Craft compelling value propositions for IT services and AI-driven offerings
- Translate complex tech solutions into clear, business-focused messaging
- Own brand positioning for both technical and executive audiences
Digital Marketing & Performance
- Own performance marketing (paid + organic)
- Optimize CAC, conversion rates, and funnel efficiency
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
Content & Thought Leadership
- Lead content strategy: blogs, case studies, whitepapers, LinkedIn narratives
- Build authority in niche tech domains
- Create content that drives engagement and conversion
Sales & GTM Alignment
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams
- Improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Enable sales with decks, case studies, and marketing collateral
Brand Building
- Strengthen brand presence across digital channels
- Create a consistent and differentiated market voice
Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage marketing budgets, vendors, and external agencies
- Mentor junior team members and build a high-performance culture
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of B2B marketing experience (IT Services / Tech Consulting / SaaS preferred)
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through marketing
- Strong expertise in:
- Marketing automation & ABM platforms
- Performance marketing & analytics
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and ROI measurement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Familiarity with AI/ML or emerging technologies is an advantage
