Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Senior Sales Manager with a strong background in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for real estate projects
- Generate leads through various channels and convert them into successful deals
- Handle high-value clients and ensure excellent customer relationship management
- Conduct site visits and project presentations for clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Maintain sales reports, MIS, and performance tracking
- Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead generation and follow-ups
- Ensure proper documentation and closure of deals
Key Requirements:- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in real estate sales (mandatory)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Good knowledge of local real estate market (Alpha 2 / Greater Noida preferred)
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven environment
