Role Overview
We're looking for a highly organized, execution-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end planning and delivery of webinars, virtual events, and in-person experiences.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy and project management ideal for someone who thrives on timelines, cross-functional coordination, and delivering high-impact campaigns with measurable outcomes.
You will own the entire lifecycle of events, from ideation and planning to execution, promotion, and post-event analysis, while ensuring seamless collaboration across marketing, sales, design, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Webinar, Podcasts & Event Strategy- Own and execute the end-to-end lifecycle of all initiatives across webinars, events, podcasts, and customer-led content (testimonials, success stories)
- Plan and execute a calendar of webinars, workshops, podcasts and events aligned with business goals
- Identify themes, formats, and speakers that drive engagement and pipeline
- Own audience targeting, positioning, and messaging for each event
- Be responsible for reporting, analytics and growth
2. End-to-End Project Management- Build detailed project plans, timelines, and workflows for each campaign
- Coordinate across internal teams (content, design, sales, ops) and external stakeholders
- Ensure deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables are met without compromise
3. Campaign Execution & Promotion- Lead go-to-market strategy for events including email, social, paid ads, and partnerships
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create landing pages, creatives, and assets
- Optimize registration and attendance rates through continuous testing
4. Customer, Speaker & Stakeholder Management- Identify, onboard, and manage customers, speakers, and partners
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to source high-quality customer stories
- Own end-to-end execution of customer testimonials (video, webinar, podcast, written)
- Manage briefings, rehearsals, recordings, and approvals
- Act as the primary POC for all stakeholders
5. Event Operations & Vendor Management- Own end-to-end event operations across virtual and in-person formats
- Manage webinar platforms (Zoom, HubSpot, etc.) and event tech stack
- Handle vendor interactions, negotiations, and logistics (venue, production, collaterals, etc.)
- Ensure seamless execution via run-of-show planning, troubleshooting, and live moderation
- Take full accountability for execution quality across all touchpoints
6. Customer Content & Advocacy- Build and manage a pipeline of customer advocates across regions and segments
- Convert customer success into multi-format content (video testimonials, webinars, podcasts, case studies)
- Ensure customer content is leveraged across the funnel (ads, landing pages, outbound, demos)
- Work closely with revenue teams to align content with conversion and sales goals
7. Performance & Analytics- Track key metrics: registrations, attendance, engagement, pipeline, ROI
- Measure impact of customer content on conversion and pipeline
- Analyze performance and generate actionable insights
- Share structured post-event and content reports with stakeholders
- Continuously refine playbooks for scalable growth
Key Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on events, webinars, or customer-led content
- Proven ability to own and execute projects end-to-end independently
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
- Strong eye for design quality and marketing collateral review
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS or childcare space
- Experience running international or multi-region events
- Familiarity with paid acquisition channels for event promotion
